- Booking Requirements: Assessments must be scheduled in advance through a Golden State Communications representative. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling.
- Non-Transferable: Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special pricing.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the promotional discount.
